Substitutes at Under 19 and 21 Age Groups
Clubs are reminded that at Under 19 and Under 21 Age Groups you may list 5 substitutes, however only 3 can participate in any game. This includes League, Regional Cup, Scottish Cup or any other Cup Games. The rules for Tournaments may differ
RBS Continues Sponsorship of Regional Squads
The Region are delighted to confirm that the Royal Bank of Scotland has continued their support of grass roots football and renewed their sponsorship of the Regional Squad Kit for last season.All four sauds used the RBS kit in games with the Under 15 and 16's having the kit for the Inter Region Finals which both Squads won. The Under 19's also wore the kit when they played against Mid Ulster Juveniles in Dublin. The Region welcomes this continued support from RBS

At the AGM of the SYFA on 19th June there was a change to rule 71 of the constitution which was approved, and carried. Rule 71 is shown in full by clicking continue below and to assist Clubs, we have added a section on the left menu regarding friendly games. We would point out the last paragraph which cleary states the action that will now be taken against Clubs at all ages who breach these rules.
Thanks to all the 185 Teams who entered the 2010 Glasgow City Cup, making it such a success. The Finals Day saw all age groups play at either Toryglen or Glasgow Green.
